Too many ideas.
Nothing finished.

You don’t need another 40-lesson course. You need to choose one customer, solve one current problem, and finish one small useful product with a clear offer.

Choose

Pick one customer you understand.

Shape

Name one current problem and the first useful result.

Build

Create only what the customer needs for that result.

Offer

Explain what the buyer gets, the price, and delivery.

The 1–1–1 Decision Method

One customer. One current problem. One small product. Build it small and make the offer clear.

Your first year

Keep moving after the workshop.

  • Use the Digital Product Life Skool community and Classroom for 12 months.
  • Bring questions to the group. Maxwell checks buyer community posts every day.
  • Share one “My 1–1–1” post for feedback: customer, problem, smallest product, and biggest uncertainty.

  • Join the monthly workshops and learn from questions asked by other members.

Your membership renews each year unless you cancel. Support may be written, audio, video, or answered for the group. Social-media strategy, traffic help, private coaching, and done-for-you work are not included.

Maxwell speaking behind a microphone and explaining why he built the course.

Why Maxwell built this

I spent too long learning, planning, and waiting.

About a year and a half ago, I was stuck trying to choose the perfect niche, product, and customer. I bought several digital-product courses. Some helped, but most made the process harder than it needed to be. I spent hundreds of dollars and still hadn’t finished one focused product.

Things changed when I stopped trying to solve everything at once. I chose one customer, one problem, and one small product. Then I could finish the work and explain the offer clearly.

Should you join?

Join if you’re ready to choose one idea, keep the first version small, finish the product, and make the offer clear.

This is for you if

  • You have useful knowledge, experience, a skill, or a process.
  • You have too many ideas and need to choose one.
  • You are willing to keep the first product small and focused.
  • You want one small, useful product instead of a giant course.

This is not for you if

  • You expect guaranteed income.
  • You expect the course to create traffic, content, or an audience for you.
  • You want someone else to build the product for you.
  • You are unwilling to leave extra features out of the first version.

The proof standard

No borrowed results.
No invented testimonials.

This is the founding cohort. Buyer results will be added only after members do the work and give permission. For now, judge the offer by what is shown, what is delivered, and the limits stated on this page.

See the work

02 · Clear delivery

Know the dates

Step 1 is ready now. The remaining steps are taught live August 15 and added with the replay.

03 · Honest limits

No income promise

The course helps you build the product and offer. It does not promise traffic, customers, sales, or income.
